Girls on the Run Rebrand

Branding

About the RebrandGirls on the Run is a nonprofit that empowers girls through running-based programs that build confidence, connection, and life skills. This rebrand had the purpose to aim to create a more vibrant, relatable, and inspiring experience that reflects the strength and confidence of young girls.
Why Rebrand? The decision to rebrand Girls on the Run came from a desire to create a more authentic connection with our target audience, young girls. The previous branding didn’t fully resonate with the energetic, fun, and empowering spirit we want to portray. By updating the look and feel, we aim to create a more vibrant, relatable, and inspiring experience that reflects the strength and confidence of young girls.

The Typeface For a fresher look, we have created our own typeface called Run Girl Run Display. This is a bold, handwritten typeface designed to capture the energy and playfulness of young girls. With its dynamic, marker-inspired strokes and imperfect, hand-drawn style, it feels both fun and empowering.
